How do I book an appointment at 416Skin?
You may reserve your visit online through Fresha, or contact us directly via phone or text at 647-373-0575. For advanced bookings scheduled several weeks ahead, we recommend reaching out via email. Our team will be glad to assist you in scheduling your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
Do I need to complete a consultation form before my treatment?
Yes, all clients are required to complete a detailed consultation form prior to their appointment. This ensures your practitioner is fully informed of your medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals, allowing us to deliver a safe, personalized, and results-driven experience customized exclusively to you.
How many treatment sessions will I need to see results?
The number of sessions required varies depending on your individual needs, current condition, and desired outcome. While some clients notice results after a single visit, a series of treatments is often recommended for optimal, long-lasting results. Your practitioner will provide a customized treatment plan designed to align with your goals, particularly for services such as massage therapy, body contouring, skincare and advanced treatments.
What can I expect before my initial appointment or treatment?
Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation, where your practitioner will assess your needs and discuss your goals. You will then receive clear, professional guidance on how to prepare for your treatment, including instructions on how to undress (if required), ensuring your comfort, privacy, and relaxation at all times.
Do you offer beauty or treatment packages?
Yes, we offer bespoke treatment packages designed to enhance your results while providing exceptional value. Each package is thoughtfully curated based on your individual needs and goals. We invite you to consult with your practitioner to create a customized plan tailored specifically to you.
Is your salon wheelchair accessible?
At this time, our boutique studio is not wheelchair accessible. Access to our location requires climbing two flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Do you have a female massage therapist or RMT available?
At present, we do not have a female therapist or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) on our team. However, we are committed to growing and evolving our services, and we look forward to expanding our team in the future to better accommodate client preferences.
How do I book a certificate training course?
Our certificate training courses are offered as private, boutique-style educational experiences and are subject to instructor availability and scheduled training dates. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of registration. Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a detailed email outlining all course information, including curriculum structure, certification details, and what is included in your training kit (if applicable). If a kit is required for your selected course, full details will be provided in advance to ensure you are fully prepared. In cases where additional equipment or supplies are needed, we are glad to guide and connect you with trusted professional vendors to support your setup. Our goal is to ensure you have everything required to confidently complete your training and begin your practice.
