How do I book an appointment at 416Skin?
You may reserve your visit online through Fresha, or contact us directly via phone or text at 647-373-0575. For advanced bookings scheduled several weeks ahead, we recommend reaching out via email. Our team will be glad to assist you in scheduling your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

New clients are asked to complete a short consultation form before their first session so we can tailor the treatment to your skin type, medical history, and goals. If you're booking a multi-step service (for example, a facial and a body contouring session in one visit), let us know in the booking notes — we'll set aside the right room and the right product set in advance. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, but we recommend reserving early to lock in your preferred practitioner at our 1215 St Clair Ave W studio in Toronto.
Where is 416Skin located?
We're located in Corso Italia inside the red brick Consiglio building near Dufferin St. & St. Clair Ave West. Look for the large black banner on the building displaying 1215, 1217, and 1219 — it's easy to spot from a distance.
Why do you require a credit card when booking?
Your card is not charged before your appointment. We securely keep it on file to enforce our cancellation policy. If you cancel within 5 hours of your appointment, a 50% late cancellation fee applies. No-shows without notice will be charged the full appointment amount.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text or call us at 647-373-0575 as soon as possible. If you're making changes within 24 hours of your appointment, contact us directly to help avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, we do not accept walk-ins. Our studio operates by appointment only, as we are a boutique practice dedicated to providing a personalized, one-on-one experience. This allows us to give each client our full attention in a private and relaxing environment.

Returning clients only need to update the form when something changes. The consultation also includes a brief one-on-one conversation so your practitioner can confirm everything in person and answer any questions before treatment begins. How often should I get a facial?
One facial can leave your skin glowing, but long-term skin transformation happens through consistency. Since your skin naturally renews every 28 days, we recommend a facial about once a month for the best results. Think of it like going to the gym — one workout feels great, but lasting results come from showing up consistently.
